We provide interpreting services to both the private and public sector and we have many clients who rely on us to provide professional, confidential and impartial interpreting services. We work in all kinds of scenarios including hospitals, courts, conferences and schools and all of our Interpreters have DBS clearance.
Face to Face Interpreting
Face to Face interpreting services offers a personal approach, which can be a great aid for complex and sensitive situations as well as everyday appointments or meetings. The majority of our interpreters are DPSI qualified or have the equivalent qualification and experience, have undertaken our intensive induction and training programme and adhere to our strict Code of Conduct. We also ensure that all of our interpreters have access to our in-house Interpreter Continuous Development Training programme.
At ZOOD Language Services, as well as providing simultaneous interpreters, we can provide audio and visual equipment, such as delegates’ headsets, microphones, lecterns, interpreting booths, lighting, staging, even flower arrangements and executive transport for your delegates to and from the venue. This way, our clients can have total peace of mind and concentrate on their work rather than worrying about numerous arrangements they would have otherwise had to make.
British Sign Language
We provide British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters for many of our clients in the public and private sector, most of which are NRCPD registered. Many of our BSL interpreters have extensive experience of working in sensitive or complex situations and are fully equipped to deal with these circumstances.
Telephone interpreting is a rapid and easy to use method to communicate with a non-English speaker. We offer telephone interpreting services to organisations – whether it is a single telephone call or a full conference with members from across the world – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
